These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Twende Sokoni regarding your use of the Service. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Location Information

As part of the registration process, you agree to provide accurate location information including street address, city, apartment name, and door number to enable delivery of products. You consent to our use of location services to verify and improve delivery accuracy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Twende Sokoni. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Twende Sokoni. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account
• We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before delivery.

4. Delivery Policy

Twende Sokoni aims to deliver products in a timely manner. However, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select areas within Kenya. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location. We may expand our delivery areas over time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. The exact delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, or if you are not available to receive the delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products in accordance with our return policy.

Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition with tags attached
• Perishable goods and personalized items cannot be returned
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for pickup and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing offending content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Trademarks

The Twende Sokoni name and logo are trademarks of Twende Sokoni and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

User Content

By submitting content (such as reviews, comments, or photos) to the Service, you grant Twende Sokoni a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twende Sokoni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall Twende Sokoni's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to Twende Sokoni in the last six months, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
