You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Twende Sokoni. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Twende Sokoni. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to dynamic adjustability without prior notification.
• You agree to settle all accumulated charges incurred by your active account profile.
• We accept payment processing via M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and Pesapal channels.
• By providing payment information, you represent that you hold authorized legal rights to utilize the designated payment source.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation notification. This message represents acknowledgment of receipt and does not guarantee dispatch if stock limitations or verification errors occur.

4. Delivery Policy

Twende Sokoni aims to deliver products in a timely manner. However, delivery timeframes are estimation targets and cannot be strictly guaranteed against traffic or weather delays.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across designated urban hubs and major regional centers in Kenya. Delivery coverage eligibility is validated during the checkout sequence.

Delivery Charges

Fulfillment fees depend on distance vectors and total parcel weight, calculated and itemized during checkout before payment commitment.

Failed Deliveries

If dispatch fails due to incorrect address parameters provided by the buyer, or unreachability upon rider arrival, re-dispatch surcharge fees will apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with an eligible item, you may request return processing under our structured guidelines.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of package delivery.
• Items must remain unused, sealed, and packaged with original tags attached.
• Perishable goods, fresh farm produce, and personal care items are strictly non-returnable.

Refund Process

Upon inspecting returned merchandise at our fulfillment center, approved claims will trigger a credit reversal to your original payment channel within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged or wrong items delivered, report the discrepancy within 24 hours of package handoff to receive an immediate complimentary replacement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform or assist others in committing the following prohibited activities:

• Violating local Kenyan laws or statutory regulations.
• Infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Submitting fraudulent identities, addresses, or payment credentials.
• Uploading malicious software scripts, malware, or server exploit payloads.
• Attempting unauthorized penetration testing on our servers.
• Harassing marketplace vendors, delivery riders, or support representatives.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform visual assets, source code frameworks, page designs, and branding logos are protected by intellectual property protocols under Twende Sokoni ownership.

Trademarks

The "Twende Sokoni" brand name and logo markers are registered trademarks and may not be copied or repurposed without written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Twende Sokoni shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform service interruptions, third-party seller product variations, or internet Connectivity outages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately without prior notice if fraudulent transactions or terms violations are detected.

10. Changes to Terms

We maintain authority to amend these legal terms periodically. Significant updates will be signaled via site notifications 30 days prior to enforcement.
