All applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed on our platform. The final amount charged will reflect the total including all taxes and fees.
Transparency: All fees and charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your payment. There are no hidden charges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer refunds in accordance with our policy.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it without any charges. After this period, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the order status.
Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error or unavailability of products.
All transactions on Twende Sokoni are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
If you're paying with a foreign credit card, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency based on their exchange rates. Any foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank and are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, once you place an order, the price is locked in for that transaction, unless there's an obvious pricing error.
Price Match Guarantee: If you find the same product at a lower price on another reputable Kenyan e-commerce platform, contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we'll match the price.
If you believe there's an error in your transaction or you don't recognize a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Chargebacks should only be used for unauthorized transactions or when you've been unable to resolve an issue directly with us. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Important: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in permanent account termination.
Yes, we use tokenization to securely store your payment information. We never store your complete card details on our servers. Your information is encrypted and protected according to PCI DSS standards.
Payments can be declined for various reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, security checks by your bank, or technical issues. Please verify your payment information and try again, or contact your bank for more details.
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
You can change your payment method within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting customer service. After this period, the payment method cannot be changed as the order enters processing.
Currently, we don't offer payment plans or installment options. However, we're exploring partnerships with financial institutions to provide these services in the future.
